the public festival for arts and culture which was held in Al-Ribat hall

The Iraqi designers society hold the first exhibition for the Iraqi public council for arts and culture and this exhibition was within the activities of the establishment festival of the public council for arts and culture. The society was an establishment member in the council which was held in Al-Ribat Hall for arts in (2004\6\21) and last for two days. The festival was inaugurated by the minister of culture, Mr. Mufeed AlJaza'iry who praise the festival and the organizers considering this festival as a cultural phenomenon and the first of its kind adopted by NGO's whose working on delivering the genuine Iraqi culture without intermediary through organizing such festivals supported by the artists themselves represented by the real artistic production coming from Iraqi artists and for the first time, all kind of arts:( art design, plastic art, music, theatre, poetry and cinema) participated in this festival in addition to book exhibition.

The society of Iraqi designers' exhibition in the corruption with the integrity committee

The society of Iraqi designers has held in the corruption with Iraqi integrity committee an exhibition for posters, the idea of the exhibition aimed to benefit from design potentials to contribute in creating a state of awareness, spreading culture between different Iraqi sectors and clarifying about the risks of this problem. The exhibition was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. the president of the integrity committee: Raheem Al-Igualy in (2008\5\3) who praises the exhibition and the organizers also special thanks to the Iraqi designers' society and the participants in this artistic demonstration considering this exhibition as an important step to use art in the interest of the society.  This is considered one of the positive steps to contribute in building civil society through the cooperation of the committee of NGO's in the Iraqi society. (12) Designers participated in the exhibition and the number of works of art arrives to (32) posters characterized by the style of every designer. Financial prizes was presented to the three first designers winners in the exhibition, the first prize was presented for the designer (Raheem Al-Hasnawy), the second was presented for the designer (Moneer Jibary) and the third was offered for the designer (Kadhim Abo Madyan). In addition to presenting appreciation certificate for all the participants in the exhibition by the integrity committee also by the Iraqi designers' society and the exhibition was attended by local and international TV channel.
